Just contact our wonderful support team – they would love to help you out! Tell us which video you were trying to play and the device you were trying to play it on. Please provide the operating system you are using (Windows or Mac etc.) and the Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc.) and we’ll check out the problem.
